Well, policies/ rules so we can't really provide names so much on threads and maybe even on platform but BP is a way to connect with folks who can walk alongside you in your journey.

It makes no sense for the platforms to allow the guests to change a booking and start a new cancellation policy, but they don't care if hosts are screwed over.

Flipping notes instead of properties seems like a quieter, more strategic way to profit in real estate.For those who’ve sold notes, how do you determine fair pricing and what platforms or networks do you trust most?

It was a true trade-off as the Logan area is more limited in STRs and new builds so ADRs are higher and likely to stay there compared to RRG where the market is headed towards being flooded and there's the potential of ADRs going down like in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.
