I think the explosion is a combination of:The market realizing the value of a cloud based model during a pandemic (or any downturn)eXp had a record setting second quarter while big names like KW and RE/MAX reported revenue decreasesContinued agent growth (50% in one year)Announcement of additional international expansionThe model just makes so much sense to me.
