Once you learn to avoid mistakes that reverse your compounding machine, you just need a few consistent wins to grow your pot consistently. 

Use the money you'd pay for a suit, put it into the property, a money pit today, handled well could be a cash machine 8 years from now - and you know you'll get return on that cash if you use it to fix your property.

He said through robots and automation he has cut his staff from 17,000 3 years ago to 7500 today.. now granted those machines he buys are a million a piece.. and one factory I looked at personally in Malaysia had over 100 of them on the floor.. 

But then we enclosed the porch for another room & then rented the barn to a food vending machine supplier, (& then we had rats).I miss those days.
