The right property is a money maker if managed correctly but can go the opposite direction quickly with a few bad tenants and/or mismanagement.

It could be a great money maker!

I get basic fridge, no ice maker or water hookup to avoid issues but none of my properties are in A class.. 

I think people in the medical field often are far more risk adverse than average and also don’t have the same “I hate my job” motivation to make real estate be their path out.

We pay taxes on every dollar we make.

I figured out a long time ago, to make real money in the LL biz, ya gotta learn to do high dollar tasks yourself. 

This will very likely make real estate increase in price or at the very least stay relatively flat.
