I'm starting to get a surge of refinance buyers approaching me for deals that they can purchase from me if I remodel for them. 

They could negatively distort the market if Americanhomes4rent and the other top owners decided to liquidate their RE holdings, especially if local landlords panicked with the sudden swell in inventory and quickly decided to followed suit.

It won't matter if Zillow joins REALTOR or not, they already have the lions share of traffic and if they suddenly get blocked I don't think it will stop them, it will be a death for REALTOR as their brand is no longer valuable.

In fact, the entire post was based on an apparent unfriending and blocking of such a sudden nature that it made me wonder.

Sudden, rapid growth can make 100k disappear pretty fast. 

Friggin motivated sellers that see total logic that their dog died in their yard suddenly has a monetary value and want 200K MORE for their house and no matter how much actual functional logic you use with numbers and Bernoulli's equations, graphs, charts, sprinkled with the 3rd law of thermodynamics,.. they just do not get it.

I almost felt like this company was literally paying the “rent” on a vacant unit with the money they made and then was suddenly going to disappear or something lol.

He is looking around at the spot where he was sure he hit the bear and all of a sudden feels tap, tap, tap on his shoulder from behind.

I am more interested in gaining sudden equity or good cash flow rather than long term payout now.
