I was born here, raised here, know the area and there are unlimited opportunities for real estate investors if you are willing to work hard and work smart.Beaches, mountains, lakes, great weather, plenty of fun and local destinations, greatest food from around the world, and on and on.Flipping, buy and hold, lending, notes, you name it, we got it.That all said, nobody else should invest here, leave it to me, the completion is fierce enough already!

That is why they are made with a lock jaw.The reason why I compared them to a mountain lion or bobcat is because they are just as unpredictable.

@Delbert Standifer we've completely abandoned the idea of a mountain cabin, at least for now.

@Jay Hinrichs never disappoints with his wise old man on the mountain wisdom (although it does bother me that I'm old enough to have lived through his stories of the day). 

My others are in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville in East TN by the Smoky Mountains - and they do awesome
