This is why it takes any culture a while to reach a level of prosperity where some individuals can dedicate themselves to music, art, philosophy or science.

The 90 day window can be a bit scary if it's your first time, but if you're already familiar with your market and dedicated to really finding that deal then you'll get something before the 90 days is up! 

If what they want is a small property, educating them every step, and a 1 in 1,000 property in a seller market the broker/agent needs to really think and might say " Thanks for wanting to work with me HOWEVER it would be a disservice to you Mr. or Mrs. buyer because I would not have the time to properly  dedicate to you on a deal this size."

If you have a demanding career you love you should also consider whether the time you dedicate to learning about REI would be better used towards growing your career.   

I am still new to this and learning as I go, but I have decided that this is what I want to do and would like to dedicate myself to this to be able to provide a better future for my family.Thank you and looking forward to your answers!

My advice is that you dedicate at least 2 hours a day educating yourself, another hour a day of networking by phone or in person with others and then lead generating for the deals.

For the BRRRR Bootcamp, there is time dedicated in the first few weeks to understand what the BRRRR Strategy is, but then it will be more concentrated on the specific topics you mention above in the curriculum.
