Last week, my tenants report a leaking 2nd floor ceiling. the plumber pulled out a pile of wipes and female hygiene products from the main sewer pipe and claim it cause the leaking in the ceiling.

It will be new businesses (dental offices) for both of us.

If you pay $18/hr but also offer dental that costs you about $2/hr.
