AND here is the thing, when the "PC Police" come thru and rebrand it something like "Vulnerable Community (lets get real, wtf does that even mean????)

What police/fire requirements exist?

For example I have heard some police departments with six figure pensions with only 20 years of service.

I won't hesitate to stop a police officer and ask about the block he patrols, knock on a door and ask what the neighborhood is like, or go to local businesses and ask how they are doing and where they see their town and area trending.
