Well, I'm delighted to report that I have indeed opened my very own care house and it has been steadily being filled (more on that later).

I was on their home turf in their facility, and even though the whole company was pretty open and very friendly with me like friends, I'd still say this was a bit unexpected & was caught off guard.

Perhaps the property doesn't appraise as well as you projected or there are unexpected operating expenses or cap ex that's incurred in year 1?

I open the call by saying that I'm delighted that they are interested in the property and always start with "What's inspiring you to move right now and what are the most important features in your new home?" 

We can't even trust the media to tell us what is happening right now, and even when video proof exists that they're lying they're still prone to either hold onto the lie or quietly forget about it.Anyone else remember the frequency of news articles from 2009 to 2016 discussing some negative figure of the economy (Unemployment, manufacturing, GDP, etc) and how it was usually accompanied with the word "unexpectedly"?"

I am worried that I will face unexpected problems when I go to refi.

Combine this with long term boom bust cycle, plus inflation, what happen today is not unexpected.

First, there a number of investment thesis' carried out by syndicators with unexpected headwinds, not solely betting on rates.  

As you know, in rental properties, unexpected repairs sometimes happen and with houses, the risk of being down to $0 cashflow or even negative is very high.Makes sense?
