Because you could be renting to a whack job that is just about ready to go off about something and especially if they are a problem child or human.I've had issues like yourself and when the payment is not there on the 5th of the month, I send over the eviction company and they deal with it!

Looks like the town of NM you're from appears to be part of the Permian basin (everybody's favorite child).

What I fear is the possible litigation if a child is injured playing in the yard.

I got tired of is this legal or not.. so you can see its NOT legal but that does not mean people will not do it.. they speed all the time.. they shop lift  they kike checks they don't pay their landlords and walk out on their leases.. they don't pay their child support all sorts of things. 

Inflation is 2 to 3% on average.in 2019 about 73 million boomers & about 73 million millennials. some millennials seem happy as long as they have an internet connection & don't seem too interested in material things like sfh.
