I had 3 PDX police officers buy homes from us in Canby.. there is no question a very unpleasant situation going on in Portland regarding law enforcement.Not to get political.. but those who think they can manage gangs and gun violence with social workers are just living in a dream world.

Sounds like this truly came from a place of altruism, but it's also nice that there are some clear business benefits - A) it will easily produce positive cash-flow and B) this will almost certainly increase the value of your "brand" in the community.I'm curious though, what are the tax implications of this?
