Hello I just finished the audiobook of "The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth and Passive Income Through Smart Buy & Hold Real Estate Investing".I just want to know if there are any PDF's on the " checklist what to see before buying a house" and a PDF for other 2 things like - "How to make an offer and what to check before completing the offer" - "how to find my Karma points for my loan so I make it easy on my bank"Edit : Also the guide on how to do Screening on my Tenants if possible(the one that analyzes the audiobook)

I have a pretty detailed application, so I'm hoping I can rank the applicants based on the application, and then verify information through a background check starting with the strongest.

i've been trying to decide what online tenant check service to use. but i've been reading that some of these services dont give you the info they entered, such as social security number, etc. 

I have to triple check all the T's for crosses and I's for dots before I will even consider thinking about moving to the next step.I think she is embellishing a little.Anyway, the thought that has been bothering me is that I am having trouble finding a "checklist" of due diligence items to watch for.
