You'd be surprised how many leads they let get away just because they don't have time to do them, or they just don't want them for whatever reason.

This is not to be unexpected as typically your home is purchased to be a good home and not a good rental.My worst performing RE is my ex-home.  

From that you can then extrapolate and compare apples to apples in other geographies with other products that your 1031 exchange can move you into.The results of your analysis might really surprise you.

That doesn't surprise me, but what does surprise me is that these deeds have an enormous list of parcels on them.

Earlier this week I unexpectedly found that I had some free time in the evening so I looked on meetup.com to see if there were any real estate meetups happening around me. 

He was only boyfriend through most of the rehab, so I'm surprised he even ended up asking after all the fights ;) My dad contributed about half of the total capital and he came up 3 weekends to help.

About a day later, I decided I wanted to start learning about REI...that caused an unexpected conundrum for what was initially an "easy" choice.This debt does not show on my credit since it's my wife's loan (in her name), so I don't think DTI comes into play, but regardless, the loan is still paid out of our joint bank, so it'll be nice to be done with it.Thanks again!

I've been in commercial lending a while and I'm never surprised by how poorly organized and unprepared so many businesses and their owners are.
