Hey everyone,I made a bold yet stupid move and quit my job to make money in wholsaleing yet it's been over a month and nothing yet produced from it,I'm in Suffolk county Long Island NY can anyone give me some advice?

I tried doing things the way the "experts" said and had professional postcards designed and printed and sent out 5,000.

Maybe it's BP or printed books by various authors or networking events, etc.

@Bryan Venable when I was first getting started, I did a few deals and then got bold and bought a property out of state.

I was entertaining the idea of changing the screening process to this: (changes in bold)Collect & Verify last 2 years of rental & employment history.Run Checks: criminal, credit, and eviction.Income Requirement: 3x monthly rent (this can be substituted by paying a security deposit of 4x rent)Phone InterviewIn person (or video) InterviewI'd super appreciate your feedback, so I can brain-storm this through. 

How much of that appreciation is real, caused by area changes in economic conditions, or scarcity of land/space, etc. and how much is just a reflection of inflation (or quantitative easing, aka money printing)?
