Hi Alex,Estimating the rehab cost is very intimidating; however I see everyone on BP talks about the JScott Book - so It;s on its way from Amazon.I'm going to start with the pierce county tax assessors website as Alexander above advised to find out the owners and contacts the wholesalers who suggested.I haven't created the LLC yet but will let you know when created - how would a partnership start with you.

The balance on the condo books would have been accumulating while only a years worth of maintenance would be collectable from the bank, but from a non-bank party, I believe they would have to pay all of the association fees that were in arrears.
