The equipment from HD rental worked fine (I used a Drum and Edger)   A word of advice if you decide to go through and DIY: Pop the grain before staining, using a wet sponge and distilled water.

Then they find themselves loving real estate, wanting to find more avenues to properties so then they get their license, which is fine because at this point many people are successful and can afford it.This isn't to say it is SO expense because.. it's not.

I really wanted to change them out because the tile color wasn't what I would have chosen, but my wife convinced (wisely) that it was perfectly fine as it was and that we didn't need to spend another penny on it.
