we are doing MF ground up and syndication with a bit of industrial thrown in for good measure. 

If he has a lease its likely not grounds for eviction but as a TAW I would give him 30 days and get rid of him or just not renew his lease.

You would need boots on the ground, a strong buyer's list, maybe a local Realtor.
