I think a big party of it is going to come down to print goals on paper and creating a master plan for how to attack it. one of the other things that I'll probably try to do in the mean time is do some side work in my spare time.

This would provide me a more exact blue print to use on analyzing the next property.

As time passes these people stop building and servicing there portfolio and your neededs could really help them.Consider printing small post cards that simply state your wish to obtain seller finance units.  

I can let you know if we get any pushback. so far they just wanted more detailed engineering prints and aerials.

I tried doing things the way the "experts" said and had professional postcards designed and printed and sent out 5,000.

Maybe it's BP or printed books by various authors or networking events, etc.

How much of that appreciation is real, caused by area changes in economic conditions, or scarcity of land/space, etc. and how much is just a reflection of inflation (or quantitative easing, aka money printing)?
