Our company has been using Quickbooks for ages, but I am interested in using something specifically made for Property Management. 

They stated their starting price; as I asked for financials they sent me their tax returns I asked if they have anything more specific to each unit and etc.

Ask specifically if they hold the loans in house, or if they need to be Freddy Mac/ Fannie conforming loans.   

Their Superlien (6 months of dues) comes in front of all other liens, except maybe property taxes - can't remember the specifics on that.Then comes the first mortgage, then come all the junior liens in the order that they were placed. 

Flue, I just hit my 10 year anniversary of real estate investing and specifically, investing in Anchorage.

That specific part of Marysville appears to be fairly quiet with a mix of residential and commercial buildings, many historic, but it also appears to be somewhat empty and borders some sketchier areas.
