They also can’t see or hear who it is they are actually talking to, and this can turn on some warning signals.

In case anyone else finds this thread, a word of warning about Nighthawk or any other large syndication firm with an associated social media influence. 

The only problem a smart agent would warn his seller of an assignable contract ,also if you do not have proof of funds or a loan commitment it would be hard to have your contract signed.

They just snap without warning and you can't stop it from happening. 

However just to warn you, I say NO alot more than I say YES!

As @Russell Brazil stated, I work with those hell bent on representing themselves time-2-time, and I even warn them they need representation because I am not their agent and what it means if they self represent, and 100% of the time they loose for the venture.
