I fixed the rental side first then mine as time and money allowed.  

Another rental of mine slowly became rented by the room to mainly mid aged males; this was partly because I do a 30day lease agreement and partly because there are stores and BUS stop within walking distance.  

Some of the best tenants can come with the building even if the previous landlords criteria is a warm body they do luck out  as mine did.

this has always been a cloudy thought of mine,so do you negotiate on a price as if you were buying or do you take the askers price and find him a deal with one of your motivated buyers.

I don't know where I would be without mine.
