I'm on my mobile, otherwise, I'd dig them out for you.The best piece of advice is to find yourself both an accountant and attorney who are practiced in cross boarder business and real estate.  

Your calls from the signs will be all over the map because you didn't choose who saw your message - so you'll get people with mobile homes, and people who are upside down in their house, etc. etc.  

My first deal may be in the works, it's actually a combo of three different mobile homes, two in the same park and one in a different park.

I am purchasing a mobile home park that was foreclosed on in Texas. 

Is it more challenging to get a mortgage for a low cost primary residence mobile home than it would be for a traditional grounded structure?

I think there are mobile home restrictions in the area too.

If the home prices are below $80k then the low range homes are in the mobile home price range and it may be hard to compete with.
