I ran into this opposition even with a back ground in construction, rentals, and corporate management experience.

We aim to partner with existing community based entities to staff our company with employment candidates from within disadvantaged areas and backgrounds and source our materials from companies within these zones as well.

I'm an electrical contractor from Atlanta, GA  that has worked with real estate investors and now want to utilize my construction background to enter into RE investing.  

I am having some trouble figuring out what to do with this rental house I am purchasing.Some quick background information before I get too deep into it.

Its a lot of politics involved with becoming a commercial investor to be reckoned with in any big city and there are many big players in town already each dominating particular sections of the city.  

Number 2  has all clean background checks? 

From there I want to expand the number of houses and duplex’s that I own until they all support and pay each other off.I have no background in real estate but I have been planning to rent out homes since I was 12 (26 now) and I feel that I am in the position to begin.

Now, we realize that you may/may not be attorneys but maybe if you guys could shed some light on what works for you, that would be fantastic.Oh, and just to give you some background this will be a first-time flip and we already have an LLC in Georgia for a buy/hold property.Thanks in advance for any and all advice!
