I have a few questions regarding the foreclosure process.When you purchase a 2nd position at the foreclosure auction, I understand that you still need to pay the first position off afterward.

They have beefed up their offering so you can now maintenance requests and track expenses as well through their website.

From what I can tell from other websites, holding deposits and background check fees are illegal in Massachusetts. 

I️ like positive cash flow after ALL expenses.

I just finished my first massive "house hack" where I converted a 500 Sq.Ft property on a corner lot into a positive cash flow triplex, and I'm looking to repeat my success.

I can't imagine that it would have a positive impact on residential real estate that abuts those nurseries.
