Really all over Ohio we're seeing massive growth and alot of companies setting up shop to offer their employees affordability and the nice "midwestern" life. 

They're 40 minutes away, 30 minutes on weekends, so we tell them to leave it in their mailbox Friday night, we'll pick it up Saturday morning from their mailbox when we do our shopping at the nearby Walmart. 

Would love to get any insight on that if someone is willing to put up with my millions of questions.My main goal for this post is make connections with any realtors, lenders, flippers, etc. in my area and if you're up for it, meet up for a cup of coffee (on me of course) to chat real estate.Thanks everyone!

I think there's a similar approach in semi truck (not trailers) storage (which I'm looking at) is to blend your occupancy with ~50% longer term leases from logistics companies, repair shops, tour bus operators, etc.

I have heard of folks being able to unclog such issues with the use of a strong shop vac that may (or may not) have sucked the clog out of there.Hope you charge your tenants appropriately for what they have done.
