I recently closed on a 140 unit hotel in Kansas City and I won't be able to make it to the conference with the massive quantity of things I'm dealing with in the transition. 

My WAG at the moment would be C+ to B asset class focusing on unity quantity in a growth or renewal area.

My plan was to build a tiny house barge, barge is like 8k, the tiny house I hadn't come up with a hard number yet but hoping for around 12k.

I know nothing about the area, but that's a tiny square footage for a 3 bedroom.

Tiny flats (apartments) can be £400000 (yes, four hundred thousand!)

I know they use is since they contacted me when a machine stopped working (tiny sock stuck in the water pump) but I have never seen the machines in use.  

Just keep in mind you are looking for quality and not quantity. 

If you live close and can manage short term rentals yourself you'll have a better shot, but bad reviews on AirBNB, etc... will have an outsize impact on your tenant quality, quantity, and resulting $ so don't skimp. 

Perhaps the next one they view they will  read what is written in the ad.GailThis is symptomatic of the tenant who is sending stuff to every possibility, and they can't recall any details about anything due to the quantity of inquiries they made.
