So while driving for dollars in Atlanta, I found this area where a lot of distressed properties are.

Just so many factors to account for.At the end of the day I do believe that real estate is a good investment for inflationary periods, but it's not what's driving my investment thesis.

Hard to do the drive by; would have just moved there if I could hah. 

If not just have people drive by.

I've considered building my own lead list via driving for dollars.

When people want to getaway, airfare is the easiest thing to cut when they can still drive to a beach. 

Neighbors shared a gravel or oil dirt drive to their backyards with the easement on the other side covered with grass because the water, sewer and electrical lines ran thru there.  

Also, if nobody is able/willing to view it due to the corona virus, price won't drive a quick sale right now anyways.

Basically when you sign up or login (only once) you'll have to put your information in and then answer some of those banker questions (did you live at this address, drive this car, etc). 

Now I'm no expert in the Tulsa market but I did plenty of driving and scouting out houses (it's just what I do) and they had homes in historic areas within striking distance to downtown for under $200,000.
