Brian, you won't have me commenting like this if you'd just stop posting stuff like that, I really don't like doing it, but I'm not going to let newbies be encouraged to use stuff like that.

This is just my two cents on it.This is some great stuff MikeWhat I found is that 90% of foreign investors never come and see the area or properties.I have always encouraged everyone to take time out and visit the area and meet the people they are looking at doing business with.Thanks

After months of looking in So Cal, networking and reading/learning and encouragement from BP I finally took action and made an offer!

The fact is that in todays society smoking is not acceptable and wise investors will simply acknowledge this fact and have a strictly enforced no smoking policy.
