Not enough detail in your list about your situation, but I'll tell you how we do it:My typical occupancy is about 65% as we schedule a night in-between guests in order to allow for cleaning times.Property mgmt is probably a good idea unless you have "boots on the ground" in the area and are really skilled in marketing VRBO/Airbnb.
