So this could be bringing them a deal, being a private lender or just bringing some type of skill to the table that they don't have.

Aiming to get as skilled as possible in this industry as quickly as possible and make as many contacts as I can in that time.

I have limited knowledge when it comes to real estate investing but what I lack in knowledge I can make up in drive and skills.

Underwriting and financial modeling is pretty basic and not a high demand skill and not what most groups need.

Others realize at 5-10 doors that to scale faster they need to pick up new skills (I hit this piovt point at 20 doors... late bloomer!).
