@Dan Heuschele Of course I want to start big but maybe starting off smaller with some multi families and then progressing into something bigger would be best.

I’m in the Bible Belt so maybe being close to a church isn’t a big deal, but I feel like it could be a negative in some renters eyes in more liberal / progressive towns.

I started off in in my industry at 18 years old working part time as a maintenance technician and progressed my career to a full time commercial service technician, Safety Manager, Master Service Technician and currently serve in the role of HVAC Navigator(Service Sales)for a full service HVAC mechanical contractor that has been in business since 1972. 

Uses cellular, no wifi required.Other things I do is add dusk/dawn exterior LED light fixtures on the entry doors so that the house is well lit at night and deters folks from trying to break in.
