Full disclosure - since I was so angry at all the $$$ thousands of dollars in course slingers out there, we do now sell a product that has all my systems, forms, contracts, marketing pieces, software, motivational audio, interviews with local attorneys, etc... it's under $500.

If it's the opposite and you budgets 5k but it comes back 10k, use the same process, but if the TOTAL cost is acceptable I wouldn't argue that line becasue you may be getting discount in over items to make up for it... and since total price is acceptable it doesn't really fix anything, just makes more work.

If you flip the cost is very high compared to how long you have the property, but if you do a lot of transactions you should ask your title company for discounts.
