And I know if my borrower walks on my non recourse loan.. that by the time I foreclose the value of my collateral will be bulk wholesale.. it will not be ARV when everything is perfect.. so I would back in and want to make sure my loan was not more than bulk value and back off some for cost of the foreclosure etc...
