I want to be a part of every aspect of REI eventually, but my focus has, and i believe always will be buy and hold.

I have been on the physical aspect of flips with family members, and friends, but never the funding aspect.

I'm definitely open to it but don't know where to start without the "hands on" aspect but I see learning those skills and strategies being valuable as I scale and expand!
