I would say you want to start saving some money and/or possibly seeking out people who do have some money. 

ThanksMost lenders won't refinance before 6 months because it screws the first lender, (sometimes they dont get paid for the loan they sold until 6 successful payments ) with that being said, because this is a HELOC im sure you'll find some flexibility.
