For rental property owners, QuickBooks is difficult to learn, difficult to configure for rentals, and still not well suited for the task.

A landlord that has unrealistic expectations on what to provide a buyer is also going to be unrealistic as to price. 

They just can't seem to fix it and it is bothering me enough where I'm considering changing software after many years on the platform.First of all, can anyone else reproduce this issue?
