Food for thought.

I am at the point in my investing where I don't have to work at a job and I don't have to chase a deal to put food on the table.

Now I live on about $900/mo including property taxes, home/truck insurance, maintenance (setting aside $100/mo for long term maintenance), food, utilities, etc.

Cook your own food, do your laundry, have more space than a motel room.

We already have one "tenant" (I use quotes because it's a friend's food trailer) and are looking to add a couple more spots and make the property more "official" as a food truck park.

Do you have a food and beverage component?

I'm looking for a small group that can meet somewhere once a month or so (maybe at a restaurant/bar over a beer and food?).

The IRS issued Notice 2021-25 clarifying what they mean by a restaurant: basically, any food establishment or a caterer.“... a business that prepares and sells food or beverages to retail customers for immediate consumption, regardless of whether the food or beverages are consumed on the business’s premises.

Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Hillsboro Pike shopping and restaurants.
