I stuck to the modern theme - replacing light fixtures from Amazon, peel & stick flooring in the kitchen, and adding a fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and walls.

Rather watch paint dry.

In terms of rehabbing the property, the workflow can range from throwing a coat of paint on a wall or two, to an entire gut of the mechanicals, windows, siding, and flooring.

Redid countertops, painted, changed vanities and added some thoughtful touches to make the listing really pop.

As a single mom of 3, this is the scariest thing I've ever done, but I know it will pay off in spades.If anyone has advice on moving locally, timing of painting & replacing carpet in the old house AND the new house…I'm all ears.

The owner has painted most of the interior but the repairs needed include full bathroom remodel, kitchen counter and sink, oven and refrigerator missing, and guest house remodel/upgrade.

The place has two homes (4/2 victorian that needs paint, AC, and roof but has updated plumbing and electrical and a 2/1 that's currently a rental and has been updated) and pasture otherwise.  

The black and white modern farmhouse styled mobile home is freshly painted outside and pops with a Caribbean blue double door that opens up to a spacious 1100 sq ft of interior living space.
