Buy a Pro membership on BP and put it up on the market place.. maybe you will get a local to buy it.Generally though @Brandon Simmons its virtually impossible to FSBO in this scenario from all the way across the country.. your buyer pool simply is not big enough you NEED MLS exposure to find your buyer..
