One job i bid started all from footing to roof, client wanted to play GC of a 140k rehab job (he should or could, he is a busy architect), started to hire subs, next call he had framing, foundation, plumbing, and electrical open and A&E open, job is big enough and I said i'll send a quote, next call, only exterior framing, engineering and foundation open, simply said job is not enough to waste my time.
