I actually just purchased my first property last month and will have it rented out soon.

i actually came across a deal in the Saginaw area for about 500k (22units) which might be promising.  

This is a single family in a fantastic school district the house is large and nice we actually used to live in it.

The Confession of Judgment states that they owe the full amount of money (past due rent, late fees, last 6 months of lease prepaid rent) even if they are evicted and aren't actually residents for the last 6 months of the lease. 

Not sure if this is an empty threat or whether is actually happens but definitely something of which to be aware.

But, someone that can actually take the dimensions, and lay it out for you would be the best idea.  

I actually had never heard of propelio but it seems like a pretty powerful tool

We have been using TransUnion SmartMove, but we would like to see an actual credit score, length of employment, etc. 

This is on a basic mortgage not any 203k or fixer upper program, actually a piggyback mortgage(80-10-10).
