Maybe you two could shed light on why as an investor I should even bother with a wholesaler if I knew the address.

If you replaced the mobile homes, maybe the homes could give you a return.I would research the cost of replacing the mobile homes with something lightly used (like cars, mobile homes lose 30% of their values the day the leave the retailer).  

And so since I will be using a 203k loan, I will be fixing it up prior to moving in and that should mean that any fixtures after would be minimal because everything will be sort of new, right?

Property needs new kitchen flooring, H/w refinishing or carpet, some minor plumbing work, updated light fixtures, new flooring in bathroom, removal of wall paper in dining room, paint, new vanity in bathroom, new countertops, and new stove.  

Paint, light fixtures, paint the kitchen cabinets, a new countertop, used appliances and flooring (vinyl or tile).  

We had a filtration and light treatment system.

nice half raised cape cod. would go with light grey if keeping yellow on top and trim white.just cuz like grey-yellow-white combo
