When u look at the property think about what type of tenant it will attract.

I would think that for the next month or so if the area around the pool is attractive and the pool is clean then it might help sell the house.

But if you just want to measure up your rooms and then experiment with different layouts, furniture arrangements, etc, it's perfect and pretty easy and intuitive to use.It's particularly useful for visualizing your designs and showing them to contractors and clients.

I noticed your last posts' title was "Where is the good information" -- that'a  bit vague and is unlikely to attract people who might have otherwise answered while just skimming the forums.

Asking price was too high to attract a buyer.  

Basically, got one of those very attractive adjustable interest only loans...was fine for a while.  

As well as really visualize closing the deal and not getting caught up on the great deals that slipped through my fingers.

That would require a ton of advertising and a major push to attract attention and interest in the place.
