Ali responds    "  thanks I will be OK"  it was a nice bit of feedback for her to look into it.. instead she takes the defense position and  its not HER I am worried about its her buyers who she is supposedly representing.. its why RE agents live and work in the community and why they preview homes before they show them.

That's great when you are buying a house you're going to live in, it's terrible when you are investing.
