The highest ranking city I found on the best-performing cities index was NYC/Jersey City/White Plains and it was ranked 90th out of 200 metros and fell 28 spots from last year.

A Warranty Deed actually has a bit more bite to it in regards to how clear the title is.1) In regards to the DOS clause there's really no way to totally avoid triggering it unless you just plain don't file the deed with the county.

In fact, I can usually guesstimate the age of a house if I don't happen to know when the neighborhood was built when I walk in and see the wood-look trim instead of a plain white one or beige one.

As you have seen already...They somehow manage to force them, cajole them, bend them, cut them, poke them, rip them, etc.......I have seen everything from cutting them open purposely (to get in an open window on a lock out), to a full on Houdini cat claw jail break escape; then there is the just plain crushed like an accordion and shoved in a closet with no explanation...

If someone gets sick from mold exposure in your property and your policy has an exclusion for mold, it will not be covered, even with an umbrella.
