@Jonathon Bonck, generally once property tax appeal successful and taxes reduced, all you need to do is print a copy of new tax bill and send to lender, and an escrow adjustment will be made asap.I prefer to be proactive rather than waiting for lender to recognize new tax bill.You might even be given a check for overage if too much $ is left in escrow account.Good luck and I recommend that investors protest their real estate taxes every year until they are zero:)

Her contract may be fine, you can also check with a local legal forms store/book stores and the Board Of Realtors forms are often used, people just cut off the bottom where the BOR is printed at the bottom of the pages.
