Some lenders and by that I mean many... the pmi does NOT drop off on LTV but when the SCHEDULED LTV per amortization were to occur.

I explained that problems or differences of opinion will sometimes occur, so it's best to try to resolve issues before they grow into larger problems.I told both tenants that we can't always choose our neighbors and they may not become our good friends, but we can at least greet them with a smile when we see them and make an effort to get along.

Thanks folks, with some clarification the deal seems less complicated than I though. it did not occur to me at first that a large property such as this one would be split into parcels and that knowledge is definitely helping me focus on the numbers to make an offer.
