Wells ME, we're going for ocean seasonal vacation spot. 

I love the LVP but the install (using my own contractor) is so-so for laminate, there are some rough spots, chips, etc., but the flooring was a dollar a sq. foot so I guess I get what I pay for.There may be better spots but I think the prices are competitive enough.

It always comes back- a leopard doesn’t change its spots.

I would only be concerned with the spot prime areas peeling up if they are scrapped.

There have been and for the foreseeable future, be more articles about how people are leaving CA, but SF is a hot spot for a lot of new jobs.
