You may take care that no one touches her stuff, but I can assure you that the level of care you take will be less than the level of care she will take.

Lots of cash flowing properties in Rochester and Syracuse But, per usual higher cash flow often means lower appreciation and lower level neighborhoods 

I have just joined BiggerPockets today and i could really use your help. i have read multiple books about property investing but i wish to take my education further, is there any free online courses available so i can take my learning to the next level.

Also, trying to find the balance of not getting too much but also not going to cheap for this level property.

Totally understand suggesting and encouraging, but taking it to this level seems tyrannical.. 

Rather than just sell it (which we would consider) I would love to get some new debt in place that would allow for some level of cash out and then hold it from there.
