The last 3 times Ive had the Thursday Rush Hour Open House, the buyer of the house came from that OH, and I believe I squeezed out a few more grand on the sales price due to it.

A grand total of 3,194 for the plan and the credit... is it worth it?

Is there anybody working the wholesale market in the greater Grand Rapids area?

They should know the width and depth of the concrete to pour and the amount of material to buy for the skirting.I suspect this will probably run you at least a few grand.

Probably close to two grand I paidIn the 3 of 4 props without plan during that same 3 years time, had two bad heat exchangers /misc(1600), a bad compressor and a bad contact (under 1000), built in microwave repair (120), leaky fridge (140), minor electrical issues.

I'd rather do it myself since my contractor will charge at least a grand to do it for me, and I doubt he would negotiate at all if they raise scope. 

With about 20 grand in the bank by next summers end (with no debt) at age 18, what should be my first step?

While 2013-2014 was the time for rising prices for Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo/Lansing (and still rising) Jackson has just started to see this happen.
